Market reports like those from Nielsen and Globaldata have been valuable, but they often lack the real-time insights needed to stay truly competitive. Our new Competitor Market Intelligence initiative will address this challenge by offering:

  • Store Categorization: Each Point of Sale (POS) will be grouped into one of four clusters based on the level of competition.
  • Real-Time Updates: We will track competitor activities continuously, enabling us to react quickly and make informed decisions at the POS level.

This approach will ensure we have up-to-date market insights, giving us a sharper competitive edge.

What Is Our Plan?

Here's the roadmap for our Competitor Market Intelligence Initiative:

  • Operational Focus: We began by prioritizing the development of a dashboard that provides actionable data for our teams.
  • Version 2 Launch (September 9th): The upcoming version will include more detailed questions to give us even deeper market insights.
  • Future Scaling: In 2025, we plan to expand this initiative to further enhance its reach and impact across the business.

We are currently preparing to launch Version 2, which will significantly improve our ability to respond to market changes more effectively.
