As part of ECCBC’s ongoing transformation, we are pleased to launch the Digital Workplace Wave 1, a key initiative aimed at empowering us all to Do More with Less. This initiative is part of our broader digital strategy to ensure we are well-equipped to thrive in an evolving landscape.
The rapidly changing digital world requires us to rethink how to maximize our resources and work smarter, not harder. The Digital Workplace Wave 1 is focused on using the tools we already have to their full potential—starting with Microsoft 365.

Key Pillars of the Initiative
We are rolling out workshops and training sessions aimed at equipping 30 participants from different departments (HR, BTS, Commercial, Operations, Finance) with the tools and skills needed to drive this initiative forward. These employees will become our Do More with Less Champions, fostering collaboration across the company.
This initiative isn’t happening in silos. Teams from HR, BTS, and Operations are uniting to ensure the success of Digital Workplace Wave 1. We are also partnering with key external experts like Microsoft and DynIT to maximize collaboration, minimize inefficiencies, and ensure we extract maximum value from our existing tools.
By working together, we’re reinforcing our commitment to doing more with less, setting new standards for how we operate as a digitally empowered organization.
A key deliverable of Wave 1 is to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for online meetings, ensuring consistency, clarity, and better outcomes. We are committed to creating a digital environment where every meeting counts.
The Do More with Less initiative has already achieved great momentum, with 30 participants across various departments, including HR, BTS, Commercial, Operations, and Finance, taking part in the first edition. We are preparing to expand the initiative to the next editions, with a focus on scaling it across multiple Business Units.
We’ve created a vibrant community of early adopters through Viva Learning and Viva Engage, which has already grown to 45 members.

Workshops have been a success, with the Cosmic Explorers theme woven into all communications. This theme served to engage participants, creating a memorable and cohesive experience. Post-training recognition through certificates and small rewards has further motivated participants to continue developing their digital skills.
1. Expanding Our Community: We will continue to build a strong digital community through informal gatherings, Tips Coffee, and Ask Me Anything sessions designed to share practical tips and best practices
2. To support our ongoing journey, we will keep the focus on providing post-workshop learnings and guides, as well as Do More with Less Capsules on Viva Learning. These resources will help reinforce the insights gained during our workshops and empower everyone to apply their knowledge effectively in their daily workflows.
3. Sustaining Change: Our goal is to embed these new ways of working into the fabric of ECCBC, ensuring that the mindset of "doing more with less" becomes an integral part of our daily workflows and long-term transformation.
