The "Future is NOW" initiative is centered around one game-changing technology: Microsoft Copilot, an AI-powered assistant that revolutionizes workflows by automating time-consuming tasks and helping employees make more informed, strategic decisions.

At its core, this initiative represents a leap forward in our digital transformation. By embedding AI into our day-to-day work, we are not just streamlining processes, we are fostering a culture where innovation and efficiency thrive. A Journey Towards Digital Empowerment
Our project isn’t a simple one-step launch, it’s an evolving transformation guided by key milestones designed to integrate AI naturally and effectively within our business operations:
- 1. Leadership Engagement: The journey started by aligning leadership through strategic AI sessions. These sessions illuminated the benefits of Microsoft Copilot, positioning it not just as a tool, but as a key driver of our future success.
- 2. Copilot Academy: To further support our early adopter's community, we are launching the Copilot Academy, a dedicated training platform designed to deepen our understanding of copilot and how it can be leveraged effectively within our daily workflows.
- 3. Copilot Dashboard Launch: We introduced a dynamic dashboard providing real-time insights into how AI solutions are being adopted across departments. This helps us track progress and refine the tools as we expand them throughout the company.
- 4. Targeted Training: Custom training sessions were conducted for cross-departmental champions to ensure every team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to harness AI’s potential fully.
- 5. ECCBC-Specific Use Cases: We didn’t stop at adoption. Instead, we have been working to develop use cases tailored specifically to ECCBC's unique needs. AI isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, and our approach reflects that by aligning technology with the nuances of our operations.
- 6. Copilot for Business Processes: Additionally, we are implementing Custom Copilots to create customized AI solutions that address ECCBC's specific business processes. This will enable us to streamline operations and enhance productivity through tailored AI applications.
Progress So Far:
- 50 licenses for Microsoft Copilot have already been assigned, with an impressive 80% adoption rate. We are preparing to expand this by adding 30 more licenses by the end of the year.
- We’ve created a vibrant community of early adopters through Viva Learning and Viva Engage, which has already grown to 32 members.
