• Business Process Standardization: Hats off to Soumaia, Miguel and the team for achieving a 96% standardization rate! This sets a strong foundation for our transition to SAP S/4HANA in 2025. Let's keep the momentum going! 💪
• Distributor Management System: Big shoutout to Josep, Patrice, Susan and the commercial, BTS team for launching the distributor management system in Ghana. This game-changer will enhance distributor profitability and efficiency. Excited to see it roll out to other business units! 🌍
